As a Leadership Coach at ISA, Sylvia Rabiner is responsible for helping prospective new principals write and present their new high school proposals to the Office of New Schools. Through ongoing meetings Rabiner works with school leadership to deepen their understanding of the ISA principles and to better understand how to implement the ways in which the principles serve as a framework for the new high school. Additionally, Rabiner acts as a mentor for all new ISA coaches.
For the past eight years Rabiner has worked with schools in New York City, Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis, and Houston.
