Dates & Times

The event will be held on June 27-28, 2018. The Early Arrivers’ Program begins at 4pm on June 26th, 2018.  Join us for breakfast from 8-9:00am once you register on June 27th. The event formally kicks off with our President’s Welcome, by Dr. Stephanie Wood-Garnett, and our keynote speaker, Dr. Ebony Green, starting at 9:15am. The program concludes at 4:30pm on Thursday, June 28th, 2018.

Getting to Glen Cove

Glen Cove Mansion is located at 200 Dosoris Lane, Glen Cove NY on the beautiful North Shore of Long Island. For those in the area, the Long Island Railroad provides services to Glen Cove. If you need a shuttle from the train station to the hotel, please let us know when you register. If you fly into LaGuardia or John F. Kennedy airports, the cab fare to Glen Cove is about $90 each way, depending on traffic. Parking at the Glen Cove Mansion is ample and free.

There are a few things you should know about Glen Cove Mansion and our conference.

  • There are health club and pool facilities onsite.
  • Spin and yoga class opportunities are provided by the hotel for a nominal fee.
  • Spa services are available.
  • The dress code for the event is business casual.
