Since 2007, Joan has been providing administrative support to the ISA president, senior staff, and the ISA coaching network. In addition to juggling calendars, queuing phone calls, and managing meetings, Joan provides travel planning support to our network of over 50 coaches.
Prior to coming to ISA, Joan was the executive assistant/office manager of a non-profit, bilingual, outpatient treatment center for those trapped by addiction to drugs and alcohol. She’s also a very dedicated grandparent and a lover of the outdoors.
