THE WAY WE USE INFORMATION:
Blackbaud provides the technology to ensure that your donation to the Institute for Student Achievement is successful. Blackbaud and ISA do not sell, trade or share your information with any entity other than the vendor selected to process payment transactions, which has its own privacy policy. We may use demographic data derived from aggregate donor information such as the number of donors from a particular locale or the number of donations above a certain giving level.

If you do not make a request or donation, or otherwise identify yourself, we will have no personally identifiable information about you. In this instance, we will only use aggregate information derived, in part, from your use of our site.

Upon registration to the site, we may send you periodic e-mails on a variety of topics. We may send you solicitations for donations or invitations to special events. You may stop receiving e-mails at any time by sending an e-mail to drubino@isa-ed.org.

ISA will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on ISA; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of ISA, and (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of ISA customers, visitors to ISA's website or the public.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:
ISA strictly protects the security of your personal information and honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under conditions explained above. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. You also have a significant role in protecting your information.

USE OF COOKIES:
ISA does not use cookies.

CHANGING OUR POLICY:
We will occasionally change this Privacy Policy as necessary to maintain the highest protection for our users and to comply with a changing environment. We recommend that you check the policy when you visit our website to be sure you are aware of and understand our current policy. If we make material changes to this policy or how we will use or collect your personally identifiable information, we will prominently post such changes prior to implementing the change. We will not make retroactive changes in how we handle previously collected personal information unless legally required to do so.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
